Salary Range: $44,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints for equipment repair and installation.
• Install, commission, and relocate new and existing production machinery and support systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records of repairs, parts used, and service performed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations (e.g., LOTO, confined space) during maintenance activities.
• Identify and implement improvements to equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Strong understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and automation systems.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) for troubleshooting and minor programming.
• Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, stick).
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• HVAC/refrigeration certification or experience.
