Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production team members, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality standards, and adherence to production schedules.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and optimize output.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Quality, Maintenance) to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control principles.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong commitment to maintaining high safety standards and ensuring product quality.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish)
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., robotics, automation)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
