Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production plans to meet delivery schedules and quality standards.
• Optimize manufacturing processes through continuous improvement and lean methodologies.
• Lead, mentor, and manage production teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and productivity.
• Oversee inventory management for raw materials and finished goods, minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Monitor operational budgets, analyze expenditures, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and quality departments to streamline operations and resolve issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• Progressive experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and manage large production teams effectively.
• Strong proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience with budget management, cost control, and P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Multi-site manufacturing operations experience
