Friedman Real Estate is actively seeking candidates to join the Commercial Investment Sales Division at our corporate office in Farmington Hills, MI. These team members will focus exclusively on advising clients and selling commercial properties nationwide.

Friedman is looking for smart, ambitious, and aggressive team members. In this role, you would join Friedman’s intensive and focused training program to learn how to evaluate, list, and sell commercial assets traditionally, as well as through the global auction platform.

Real Estate Investment Sales is a professional career discipline, with unlimited earning potential as you grow your client base. Friedman will screen and select candidates for this unique training program based on prior sales experience, financial acumen, attitude, and desire to succeed. Limited positions are available for this exclusive training program.

In-Depth Training Includes

• Commercial real estate basics and terminology
• Understanding, evaluating, and underwriting investment real estate
• Prospecting and sales skills
• Traditional and auction sales

This position is 1099, commission based.
