Wabeek Country Club is seeking a hands-on Property Maintenance Technician to oversee the daily maintenance, repair, and overall functionality of our clubhouse and grounds. This is a working role for someone who takes ownership, solves problems quickly, and ensures the property consistently meets the standards of a private club environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across the property (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
• Monitor and maintain building systems to ensure efficient operation.
• Conduct daily inspections to uphold safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from all departments.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement effective, timely solutions.
• Coordinate and oversee outside vendors and contractors as needed.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and operational support.
• Maintain indoor and outdoor areas, including light grounds upkeep.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of maintenance or facilities experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant oversight.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
