Salary Range: $89,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Manage the maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and procurement processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and availability of critical components.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality management systems within maintenance operations.
• Utilize and optimize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work order management, asset tracking, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with production management to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruption to manufacturing operations and maximize equipment uptime.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency through data analysis and root cause identification.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including PLC troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work order management and data analysis.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and budgetary management skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) designation.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced CMMS administration or implementation.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proficiency in PLC programming or industrial automation systems.
