Novarlo is looking for a proactive, commercially driven person to join our growing team as an Inside Sales & Account Manager .

This is not a passive customer service role.

We are looking for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, preparing quotations, following up opportunities, and helping drive sales growth across PPE, safety, and workwear customers.

You will work directly with businesses across construction, industrial, logistics, manufacturing, and trade sectors, helping customers source the right safety and workwear solutions while developing long-term customer relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing customer relationships across existing and new accounts
• Preparing quotations and proactively following up opportunities
• Identifying opportunities to grow sales within customer accounts
• Responding quickly to customer inquiries and providing solutions
• Supporting customers with PPE, safety, and workwear product recommendations
• Following up leads and converting opportunities into orders
• Coordinating with suppliers, operations, and logistics teams
• Maintaining CRM and customer activity records
• Helping drive customer retention and account growth
