Hands on Training

• Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments.
• Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays or payments.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records, both physical and electronic.
• Answer and direct phone calls efficiently, addressing inquiries or taking messages.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and preparing documents.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and welcoming for all visitors.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a medical office setting is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A positive and friendly demeanor.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
