OAD Webmaster - if your candidate cannot find the email, they can search this alias. “OAD - Michigan First Credit Union utilizes a survey program which measures employee work related temperaments and job behaviors. Our goal is to use this information to better understand, manage, and motivate people at all levels of the company. The OAD Survey is not a test - there are no right or wrong answers, it cannot be passed or failed. It is not a performance appraisal measure, nor does it measure skills or intellect. The Survey takes about 10 - 15 minutes to complete. In Section One, you will see a list of 110 adjectives. The directions will instruct you to check those words which you believe describe yourself. In Section Two, you will see the same adjectives listed in the same order. This time you will be instructed to select those words which you believe describe how you must behave in your current job. That's all there is to it. They will need to be a home run! Even $20 per hour can be a stretch but we can still send to the customer. 4x10 shift is NO LONGER available. WHY – want to me more available for their members in a new way. They are thinking of a digital branch and online. More coverage is needed! Business is changing and they are looking to be more competitive. They can request a shift or two that would work best for their schedule. HOWEVER, it is subject to change if needed by the team. Mary Mullins will take special circumstances into consideration, but the more flexible they are the better! ***Remember, we can give the customer an idea of what rough shift they are looking for, but we will not submit with a specified shift. Things are ever-changing, so we will just say "this candidate is ideally looking for a day shift." or afternoons, or nights...etc... Below are the possible shifts. - 8a-5 – 1-2 - 9a-6 – 2 - 10a-7 – 2 - 11a-8 – 2 - 12p-9p - 2 5 days per week. 1 weekend day will need to be worked, Saturday or Sunday. So they will recieve 1 day off, during the week. If the candidate cannot work one weekend day, we cannot consider them. Will not have consecutive days off typically . The only shift that is currently doing that is the 12-9pm shift. TRAINING: - Training – M-F 8am to 5pm. 3 Months with a 1 hour lunch. - Will continue to train in their teams: shadow, do and teach back method. 2-3 months Dress: Business Casual -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- MFCU Job Description: Charismatic. As a Member Service Center Representative at Michigan First Credit Union, you’ll be challenged to deliver five-star service while building relationships with our members. Our number one goal is to make our members feel like they can call us for anything, anytime, and they’ll be able to hang up the phone feeling confident and satisfied. What You’ll Do: - Answer an average of 80-100 calls per day by addressing members inquiries, solving problems and providing new product information. - Answer members telephone calls promptly and in an appropriate manner - Answer inquiries on banking products including checking, savings, loans and lines of credit - Document all customer inquiries and comments thoroughly and quickly - Maintain good business relations with members, courteously and promptly resolving member problems or questions, and effectively assisting with member account problem - Determine members financial service’s needs, and recommend services and products that address these needs - Collect member loan payments. - Handle various accounting transactions. - Deliver stellar service to credit union members. No slackers here! - Serve as a face (well, voice!) for our brand. Happy, confident, positive – that’s who we are. - Provide solutions. We want the critical thinkers, the expert interviewers, the stellar listeners. You’ll need to be able to pinpoint a member’s issue and talk them through the solution – whether it’s a problem with online banking, account information, or just a general inquiry. You may even take some loan applications! - Follow through. If you can deliver on promises and make sure all details are covered, you’ll LOVE it here at Michigan First!

Qualifications: - Outgoing, personable candidates. You must truly love people to work here. - Team members to work one of three shifts – we have opportunities around the clock! - Previous retail/customer service experience. - Call Center and/or financial institution experience is a plus. - Strong computer skills. You’ll need to be able to type, search, and perform transactions quickly, all while providing a friendly voice and high quality experience for our members. They deserve the best! - Education. You’ll have to be able to learn our processes, products, and services quickly and thoroughly. That’s what we’re here for, after all! You’ll need a high school diploma/GED. An Associate’s degree in business or a related field is a plus! --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Questions to ask potential candidates: CREDIT Check related • How would you rate your credit history on a scale of 1-10? • Are there any concerns about accounts in collections? • Are there any concerns about late payments? • Are there any concerns regarding past dues accounts? • Are there any concerns regarding bad debts or charge offs? • Are there any concerns regarding bankruptcies?
