Remote Customer Experience Specialist
We are seeking dependable and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Experience Specialists . In this role, you will support clients by coordinating services, managing reservations, and providing ongoing assistance throughout the planning process. This is a fully remote position offering flexible scheduling, comprehensive training, and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients to understand needs, preferences, and timelines
Coordinate and confirm reservations with approved vendors and partners
Research options and present tailored recommendations based on client requests
Prepare and manage client documentation, confirmations, and updates
Assist clients with changes, questions, and ongoing support
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and services
Stay informed on service updates, policies, and best practices
