Join a tight-knit team creating high-end outdoor environments: koi ponds and waterfalls, boulder retaining walls, and premium landscape and lighting installations.
Where will I work?On upscale residential properties throughout West Michigan.
When are the hours?Outdoor, physical work that begins around 6:30am and winds down about 5pm.
What tasks are typical?- Installing pond and water features, plus landscape lighting
- Mowing, weed whacking, stone setting, and site cleanup
- Operating equipment for material handling and grading
Bring a strong work ethic and good attitude — prior experience helps but isn’t required. If you’ve run equipment like a Bobcat, Dingo, or skid steer, that’s a major plus.
What should I bring on Day 1?- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
- Steel-toed boots (strongly recommended)
- Lunch and plenty of water
Solid dark shirt without logos; jeans with no holes. Dress for the weather.
Who stands out?- Landscaping or outdoor labor background
- Proficiency with compact equipment (Bobcat, Dingo, skid steer)
- Consistent history with a single employer
