Caregiver/Home Health Aide
- Initiate friendly, engaging conversations that make clients feel heard and valued.
- Participate in clients’ preferred activities—such as gardening, scrapbooking, or playing games—to encourage social engagement.
- Assist clients with walking, dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and other personal care tasks while maintaining their comfort and safety.
- Prepare simple, nutritious meals and support safe eating routines.
- Observe clients’ mobility, behavior, and physical or cognitive changes and report concerns promptly through our communication app.
- Follow care plans accurately and adjust your approach to meet each client's daily needs.
- Use the electronic caregiver mobile app to clock in/out, record completed tasks, and update client notes in a timely and detailed manner.
- Communicate clearly with families, supervisors, and team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Respond to schedule updates and care plan changes with professionalism and reliability.
- Provide safe assistance with bathing, mobility, transfers, positioning, toileting, grooming, oral hygiene, medication reminders, feeding, and dressing.
- Engage clients in conversation and recreation.
- Prepare light meals, perform light housekeeping, manage laundry, assist with shopping and errands, and provide incidental transportation.
- Help clients maintain an organized and comfortable home environment.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by the client or care team that support safe, successful aging in place.

- High school diploma or GED.
- At least one year of professional caregiving experience.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Legal identification and authorization to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
- Ability to use a smartphone for electronic scheduling, communication, and documentation.
