Salary Range: $62,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily assembly line operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules.
• Manage, train, and mentor a team of assembly technicians, fostering a productive and skilled workforce.
• Ensure all assembled products meet specified quality standards and resolve any non-conformance issues.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Monitor productivity and efficiency metrics, identifying areas for process improvement and waste reduction.
• Troubleshoot assembly line issues, equipment malfunctions, and material discrepancies, implementing timely corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain departments to optimize assembly processes and resolve technical challenges.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing assembly, with prior supervisory or lead experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Solid understanding of assembly processes, production techniques, and quality control.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements.
• Commitment to workplace safety protocols and quality standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent continuous improvement training.
• Proficiency with ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or MES systems.
• Experience with advanced problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA).
• Bilingual proficiency in a language common to the manufacturing workforce.
