You’ll spend your time doing four things:

* Build a daily outreach target list using backlink research data
* Find the right contact method (email or form)
* Send 1–3 message variations
* Track all activity in a spreadsheet so progress and status remain clear

* Follow up consistently on schedule
* Keep a simple spreadsheet that makes decisions easy.
