We are seeking a Nurse Supervisor to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
- Take patient vital signs as required
- suction via trach per the patient's plan of care.
- Tube feed administration, medication administration.
- Cough assist, trach care, personal care, bathing, incontinence care as needed, turn and repositioning
- Ventilator Maintenance, and pulse ox readings as recommended.
- Wound Care, wound debridement.
- IV medication administration.
- Complete necessary documentation at the end of their shift.
Qualifications:
- One year of experience with home health and clinical knowledge
- RN or LPN from an accredited school
- Ability to act swiftly in an emergency situation.
- Flexibility and patience to work in a variety of living environments.
- Knowledge of clinical skills, including changing wound dressing, giving tube feed, setting up and monitoring IVs
- Initiatives they can make independent decisions when required and accept directions and requests from patients
