Risk Advisor - Property

The Opportunity:

To play an active role in growing our revenue and brand, emphasizing strategies and tactical actions developed in a team environment that differentiates Hylant as a trusted advisor and insurance broker to clients in the property risk space, operating within our Core Operating Principles.

In This Opportunity You Will Execute On:

1. Support the execution of our property risk placement as an integral component of our risk practice group, building from a solid foundation of clients, insurance carrier relationships and vendor partnerships.
2. Ability to be aggressive in representing clients in the marketplace to achieve most favorable outcomes.
3. Identify and support the execution on growth strategies; specific to property risk brokerage services. Work with office heads, other members of the property risk team, client executives and lead service members throughout the Hylant footprint.
4. Coordinate and develop insurance and business solutions to be utilized within our strategic sales process and client retention processes.
5. Support placement of comprehensive property products for clients with innovative coverage terms.
6. Use data analytics to provide clients and internal team members an analysis of property exposure.
7. Work with Strategic Operations Manager to execute in four pillars of risk advisory services: Growth, Education, Innovation and Content Delivery.

In This Role You Will Need:

• Five years of experience in property risk management and/or the property risk brokerage space.
• Excels in a team environment with solid technical background in property.
• Ability to listen to clients, asses the marketplace and present solutions to achieve client objectives.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in a professional manner while representing Hylant.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present Hylant’s values effectively
• Support and demonstrate Hylant core values: Empathy, Respect, Hard Work, Honesty and Family.
