WFH Appointment Setter / Scheduler

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a motivated and organized Appointment Setter / Scheduler to join our remote team. In this role, you will contact prospective clients, qualify leads, schedule appointments for sales representatives, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and text.
  
• Schedule and confirm appointments for sales representatives or consultants.
  
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
  
• Update customer information and appointment details in the CRM.
  
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals.
  
• Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service.
  
• Coordinate calendars and reschedule appointments when necessary.
  
• Prepare and submit activity reports as required.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Comfortable using CRM software, email, and scheduling tools.
  
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
  
• Self-motivated with strong time-management skills.
  
• Ability to handle objections professionally and confidently.
