Minimum 1+ years Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Bilingual Therapies is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support K–12 students near Caledonia, Michigan for the current school year.
Pay Range:
• $25–$28/hr
• W2 contract
• Weekly pay every Friday
Position Details:
• Location: Caledonia, MI
• K–12 school settings
• 3-month contract with potential extension based on district needs
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Monday–Friday school schedule
Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 and small group behavioral support
• Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Support students with behavioral, academic, and social needs
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and school staff
• Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment
Qualifications:
• Active RBT certification preferred
• Experience working with children or behavioral needs preferred
• School-based or ABA experience is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, patient, and adaptable in school settings
