Account Coordinator / Inside Sales
Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Account Specialist to support and enhance our customer relationships by ensuring their needs, expectations, and orders are managed with excellence. In this role, you will troubleshoot issues, provide product insights, and work closely with our outside sales team to deliver a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities

Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently by partnering with internal teams.

Provide product information and recommendations to customers and Territory Sales Managers.

Anticipate customer needs and proactively identify potential service issues.

Troubleshoot customer service challenges and ensure corrective actions are taken.

Manage the complete order process, including adjustments, to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify process improvement opportunities.

Monitor customer satisfaction levels, KPIs, and service level agreements.

Escalate customer concerns when needed to ensure successful resolution.

Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Ability to meet service and delivery deadlines

Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment

Experience working within CRM and ERP systems

Bachelor's degree is preferred
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn Hills, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
