Travel Respiratory Therapist Registered Respiratory Therapist Job
- Core responsibilities: deliver comprehensive respiratory care to patients of all ages, determine and adjust ventilator settings, manage humidification and oxygen therapy, administer prescribed medications, perform spirometry and ABG collection, interpret results, and collaborate with physicians to implement care plans. lead weaning and extubation processes when appropriate, participate in rounds, and document all interventions with accuracy and timeliness. monitor patient response, identify complications early, and communicate changes to the care team to optimize outcomes. contribute to patient and family education on device use, therapies, and discharge planning.
