We offer therapy tailored to client's specific needs, whether it be individual, family, couples counseling, or play therapy. Our office is growing and we're looking for someone who loves helping people be the best version of themselves. We offer a flexible schedule, furnished offices, and a supportive environment! Therapists may provide in-person and telehealth services, though the ability to provide both is preferable. Creekside is currently in need of therapists who see children ages 5+ as well as adults.

Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• Establishes positive, trusting rapport with patients.
• Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders.
• Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.
• Meets with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Conducts ongoing assessments of patient progress.
• Involves and advises family members when appropriate.
• Refers patients to outside specialists or agencies when necessary.
• Completes timely progress notes for each patient encounter.
• Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality.
• Contributes to practice by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
• Must be available for in-person sessions on a regular basis.
• Must be available to offer some after school availability

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
• Current with all state licensing requirements, including LLMSW, LMSW, LPC, LLPC, LLMFT, LMFT, LLP or LP.
