Office Administrative Assistant
WE ARE GROWING! WE’RE HIRING AN OFFICE ASSISTANT
Hearth & Home in Portage, MI is looking for a full-time Office Assistant to join our team.
This position is the main point of contact for our customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones and assisting customers
- Scheduling service and installation appointments for technicians and installers
- Coordinating daily service routes
- Managing service work orders
- Providing excellent customer service
- General office and administrative tasks
What we’re looking for:
Strong customer service skills
Organized and able to multitask
Computer skills are a must
Reliable and detail-oriented
Pay: $22-25 per hour (based on experience)
Benefits: Paid Holidays, 401k and vacation days after 1 year
Schedule: Full-time Monday–Friday (No nights)
