Job description

We are seeking experienced Owner Operators specializing in aggregate and frac sand hauling to support ongoing projects in Texas and Wyoming . This has the potential for consistent lanes and long-term contracts secured through 2026 .

Owner Operators must operate in full compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations and be prepared to begin work immediately upon approval and contract execution.

Pay Structure

• $3,500 – $4,500 per week (based on lanes, loads, and production)
• Monthly pay terms
• Quick Pay option available:
• 10% fee
• Eligible after 30 days of employment

Hauling Scope

• Aggregate materials

Owner Operator Requirements

• Must be a DOT-compliant Owner Operator
• Valid CDL (Class A)
• Proven experience hauling aggregate and/or frac sand
• Must comply with all state and federal DOT regulations
• Ability to pass DOT drug & alcohol requirements
• Must sign a contract agreement prior to dispatch
• Proof of current insurance required (liability and cargo per DOT standards)
• Reliable tractor in good operating condition

Preferred Qualifications

• Oilfield or frac sand experience
• Knowledge of Texas and Wyoming hauling regulations
• Strong safety record
• Dependable and professional work ethic

Contract & Compliance

• Contract required prior to start
• Insurance verification required before dispatch
• Ongoing compliance with DOT safety, maintenance, and reporting standards
