Position Description:
Our Sheet Metal Workers work as part of a team to cut, form, assemble, and ship rectangular, round, and oval HVAC duct from flat sheets and coil. They use a variety of equipment to make finished products including CNC plasma tables, CNC duct liner cutters, automated duct line, spiral machines, press breaks, shears, roll formers, seam closers, corner machines, plate rollers, slip rolls, rotary machines, welders, power tools and hand tools. As a custom manufacturer, our shop is fast paced. Workers are cross trained to be able to work in several departments.
Requirements:
- Mechanically inclined
- Experience with hand tools, can read a tape measure
- Experience using power tools
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift 50 + pounds

- Great communication skills
- Able to work Monday through Friday from 5 am to 3 pm. (40 to 50 hours per week)
Preferred:
- Prior sheet metal experience, but we will train the right candidate
- Sheet metal welding experience
- HVAC duct knowledge preferred
