• Comfortability with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Working with customers and stakeholders
• This person will mainly work internally, but some customer support experience is nice
• Primarily operational and troubleshooting

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 3 days/week on site at first and will transition to 1 day/week after they are comfortable
• Standard business hours, 8am-5pm
• Can be flexible with start time (7am, 8am, 9am)
• No expectation for on call
• Hopeful that this role will turn permanent after a year but will extend if they do not have headcount

This is a Contract position based out of Jackson, MI.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
