Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize daily production operations to meet output and quality targets.
• Implement and monitor manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
• Manage, train, and develop the production team, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.
• Oversee inventory management, supply chain logistics, and material flow to ensure production continuity.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, analyzing variances and implementing corrective actions.

• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and other process improvement projects to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership, team development, and communication skills with a proven ability to manage diverse teams.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for production planning, inventory management, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards within a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience implementing automation or Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
