About the Opportunity

AnthroMed Education is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in Oak Park, MI, for the 2025-2026 school year. We are looking for a passionate clinician who is dedicated to helping students develop their communication skills and reach their full potential. As an SLP with AnthroMed, you will be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, professional development, and student success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders.
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Implement therapy sessions in individual and group settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Provide intervention for speech, language, fluency, and social communication needs.
• Support students using AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) when necessary.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Michigan Speech-Language Pathology License.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs encouraged to apply!).
• Experience working in a school setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $55,000–$75,000, based on experience (paid weekly)
