Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Owner Operator Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service. As an Owner Operator, you will manage your own vehicle and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism.

Duties
- Operate various types of trucks including tractor-trailers, roll-off trucks, refrigerated trailers, tankers, and flatbeds.
- Execute route driving for timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Load and unload cargo as needed, ensuring proper handling and securing of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage logs and delivery receipts.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
- Utilize forklifts when necessary for loading and unloading freight.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for the type of vehicle operated.
- Proven experience in truck driving with a strong understanding of route navigation.
- Familiarity with various truck types including refrigerated trailers, tankers, flatbeds, and roll-off trucks is preferred.
- Ability to load and unload freight safely using appropriate equipment such as forklifts.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with dispatchers and clients.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries.
- Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies.
