Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Special Education Teacher position is available in a school setting located in Ypsilanti, MI. This role involves supporting students with special needs and working closely with educational staff to provide tailored instruction and interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Utilize specialized instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and behavior.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Certification in Special Education teaching.

Work Schedule and Location:
