- Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure a smooth mitigation process for our clients and customers
- Handle a structural dry-out from start to finish with minimal supervision in accordance with IICRC and company high-quality standards.
- Scope jobs and establish write estimates in Xactimate (Xactimate knowledge is a plus, but not a requirement)
- Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
- Ability to complete scope sheets/tick sheets daily.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance
- Communicate openly and effectively, both verbally and written with customers, contractors, and internal management.
- Respond to after-hour (weekend & nights) restoration emergency service as part of an on-call rotation.
- IICRC certification
- Experience in cleaning/restoration
- Experience serving commercial properties
- Valid drivers license - (Chauffers license is a plus)
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
