Job Description

Join our team as a Plumber at a large facility in Warren, where you will be responsible for performing service work and repairs on plumbing equipment. You will troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues, make necessary repairs, and work on rooftops and within the facility. The role requires climbing ladders and using lifts, with a work schedule of Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Perform service work and repairs on plumbing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues.
• Make necessary repairs to plumbing systems.
• Work on rooftops and within facility premises.
• Climb ladders and use lifts as necessary.

Essential Skills

• Commercial or Industrial Plumbing Service Experience.
• State Certified Journeyman card holder or 8 years of proven experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose leaks and pressure problems.
• Experience installing new parts including PVC, Copper pipes, toilets, fixtures, water heaters, and chillers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Certifications in backflow are an advantage.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with blueprints, repair, and preventive maintenance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80080.00 - $80080.00/yr.
