West Michigan Cardiology is looking for a full time medical assistant to join our team in Grand Rapids office.
Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Verify and maintain patient records
- Set up and sanitize of exam rooms
- Room patients
- Complete basic routine medical procedures and testing (loop implants, stress testing, nuclear testing, EKGs, etc)
- Make phone calls, start encounters, enter labs, prior authorizations, etc.
- Provide consistent exceptional patient care
Qualifications
- Experience working in a medical field is preferred but not required
- High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be CPR/AED certified within 90 days of hire
Hours: 8:00am -4:30pm
Days: Monday - Friday, no holidays or weekends
