Per Diem – CNA – Long Term Care (LTC) (Evenings)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provides direct and indirect resident care according to individualized care plans, physician orders, and applicable regulations and policies.
Requirements:
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Michigan CNA license.
- 1+ year of experience required.
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.
- BLS certification preferred.
- CPR training required.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Submission Requirements:
- Work history.
- Current skills checklist (within 1 year).
- State license and certifications.
- Indicate the number of shifts per week or month the candidate is willing to commit to.
