One of Insight Global's leading US Manufactures and Distributors of Agriculture Implemented Equipment. Our client is in the process of expanding their operations and distribution processes to the Western U.S. by opening a distribution center in Rock Springs, WY. The Warehouse and Logistics Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring efficient material flow, accurate order fulfillment, and safe operations within the warehouse. This position is responsible for shipping and receiving activities, inventory management, and assembly tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The role includes coordinating logistics, supporting production scheduling, and leveraging ERP/MRP systems to optimize workflows. Acting as the primary safety lead, the specialist enforces compliance with OSHA and company policies, conducts daily safety checks, and trains team members on safe practices. Additionally, the position oversees basic equipment maintenance and facility upkeep to ensure operational readiness and a clean, organized work environment.

Skills and Requirements

• General knowledge of product lines and ability to identify components.

• 1-3 years for Tech - 4-5 years for Lead in warehouse, logistics, or production experience.

• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel required).

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain); knowledge of overhead crane operation preferred.

• Ability to work overtime as needed

• Strong attention to detail, quality and accuracy

• Ability to stand for extended periods in warehouse environment

• Lift and move up to 70lbs
