Are you an organized, detail-focused customer service professional who enjoys solving problems and keeping important documents moving accurately and on time? This opportunity offers the chance to support title-service operations while working with customers, dealerships, auctions, and state agencies.

APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Michigan looking to add a Title Service Representative to their already amazing team. This position will process title-related requests, support repossession and client-service activities, and respond to inquiries from customers, DMVs, dealers, auctions, and client representatives.   • Opportunity to expand your knowledge of title processing, lien releases, and repossession documentation

What will your day look like:

  • Process customer service requests, repossession requests, title applications, and supporting affidavits
  • Ship title applications to the appropriate DMV or tag agent to obtain repossession titles
  • Respond to incoming calls and requests from customers, DMVs, dealers, auctions, and client representatives
  • Process requests received through the client portal and by email
  • Send lien releases, title copies, contracts, and other documents by FedEx, fax, or email
  • Reassign titles to new dealerships and include completed documents with dealer shipments
  • Preparing and processing reports based on client needs
  • Research and resolve complex or escalated account issues while maintaining accurate documentation

What we are looking for:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Administrative, clerical, data-entry, or customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, dependability, and follow-through
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across the organization
  • Professional appearance and a commitment to providing a positive company image
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to meet expected productivity and quality guidelines
