Salary Range: $67,000 - $96,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train a team of Quality Inspectors and Technicians.
• Ensure product quality meets internal, customer, and regulatory specifications.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce quality documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final product inspection activities.
• Monitor key quality metrics and report on quality performance to management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing quality processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or control within a manufacturing environment, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D, PPAP).
• Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor a quality team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Lead Auditor certification (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100)
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace, automotive)
• Familiarity with enterprise-level QMS or ERP systems (e.g., SAP QM, EtQ Reliance)
