Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of orders and ensuring timely communication with our drivers. Your ability to adapt pricing strategies and coordinate logistics effectively will be essential in helping us meet our clients’ needs and grow our operations. At least 1 year of experience is preferred, training will provided as well. We are looking for someone to help us grow and your salary will grow along with it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post and market loads to carrier network.
• Adjust pricing on loads to enhance shipping speed.
• Communicate effectively with drivers regarding pick-up and delivery schedules.
• Maintain and update status of all dispatched loads and driver communications.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize load assignments and enhance client satisfaction.
• Assist in the development and implementation of dispatch procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with drivers and internal teams.
• Strong phone etiquette, including the ability to manage calls with clarity and professionalism.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to think critically under pressure.
