Travel Rate: $3,439/wk ($60.94/hr, $91.41 /OT, $1,246 per diem)
Local Rate: $3232/wk ($89.78/hr, $134.37/OT
2 yrs Inpatient hospital case mgmt exp ONLY with BSN; if ASN 5+ yrs of exp req'd; CarePort exp req'd; no CM w dual UR; Caseloads of 20-25; must have exp with DC planning; NO outpatient CM exp.
