Mowing Crew Leader

Premium Design LLC is hiring an experienced Mowing Crew Leader to supervise our mowing crew and ensure properties are maintained efficiently, safely, and to high standards. We’re looking for candidates with the right attitude who take pride in their work, enjoy working outdoors, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment . Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead a crew while delivering high-quality results are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a mowing crew of 1–2 members
• Ensure properties are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards
• Prepare and maintain equipment
• Train and develop crew members
• Plan routes and monitor performance
• Maintain client relations
• Operate commercial equipment and assist in field work

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional commercial mowing experience
• Leadership or crew supervision experience preferred
• Knowledge of safety practices
• Valid driver’s license and knowledge of safety practices
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Ability to bend, squat, lift, and work outdoors in various conditions
