DUI Supervised Probation (DSP) Agent

Position Summary

Injury Prevention Resources (IPR), a non-profit dedicated to saving lives in Wyoming,

seeks a full-time DUI Supervised Probation (DSP) Agent to monitor court-ordered

offenders. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with probation conditions,

maintaining safety, and supporting offender rehabilitation through strict monitoring and

case management in collaboration with local courts.

Key Responsibilities

Case Management & Monitoring: Manage a caseload of DUI offenders,

conducting intake, scheduling appointments, and creating individualized case

plans.

Compliance & Surveillance: Enforce probation terms, conduct BAC/UA testing,

and monitor offender behavior, including social media audits.

Court Reporting & Attendance: Prepare documentation for court/county

attorneys and appear in court to report on offender progress.

Support & Education: Utilize the CSBG Resource Guide to connect offenders

with resources and assist with Adult Alcohol Education Classes.

Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate electronic records on IPR servers and

participate in monthly quality assurance audits.

Required Qualifications

Education/Experience: Associate degree or 2-3 years of related experience.

Skills: Strong oral/written communication, ability to work independently, and

strong organizational skills.

Logistics: Valid Wyoming driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

Successful candidate: Must have a clean driving record and successfully pass

a pre-employment drug/alcohol test. Candidates must not have been convicted of

a DUI within the past 10 years.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Associate degree in social work, criminal justice, sociology, or

psychology.

Experience: Progressive experience in probation and parole, case management,

risk assessment, or behavioral change counseling.
