Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system malfunctions.
• Execute timely repairs and replacements of faulty machine components and parts.
• Install, commission, and calibrate new manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure operational efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial machinery repair and maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong aptitude for diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and adherence to safety protocols (e.g., LOTO).
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC troubleshooting and diagnostic experience.
• Proficiency in welding and fabrication.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Specialized certifications in hydraulics, pneumatics, or robotics.
