Job purpose

Datamatics, Inc. is looking for Candidate Support Representative who will provide end-to-end support to candidates for exam-related queries, scheduling assistance, and service requests while ensuring a seamless candidate experience for an international exam at our Livonia worksite for 10 months requiring in-person attendance at the office. The temporary assignment will work approximately 40 hours per week.

Compensation for this role is $17.00 per hour

Key responsibilities

• Respond to candidate queries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist candidates with exam booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation requests as per policy.
• Provide information on exam processes, eligibility, system requirements, and test-day guidelines.
• Handle candidate concerns, complaints, and service requests with empathy and accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and actions taken in support systems.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Deliver a positive and seamless support experience.
