Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
- Provide psycho-social services, including evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment (individual, group, family) to nursing home residents.
- Manage 10-15 patients daily with flexibility to accommodate schedules and promote work-life balance.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and continuity.
- Maintain knowledge of Medicare guidelines and proper clinical documentation.
- Offer a daytime, part-time role with autonomy, clinical support, and modern electronic charting.
- Qualifications include LMSW license, 1-2 years of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with technology; experience in nursing homes and Medicare standards is a plus.
