Salary Range: $71,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and inventory management systems to optimize space utilization and minimize stockouts.
• Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training, performance feedback, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and physical inventories, reconciling discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards within the warehouse environment.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage and maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring proper operation and timely repairs or replacements.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure timely material flow and meet production schedules.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse operations management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, WMS (Warehouse Management System) software, and lean manufacturing concepts.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and cost control measures within a warehouse setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
• - Experience with WMS implementation and optimization
• - Familiarity with hazardous materials handling and regulations
• - Proven ability to develop and manage a departmental budget
