Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive EHS programs, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure strict compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
• Conduct regular EHS risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs to foster a safety-conscious workforce.
• Oversee hazardous waste management, environmental permits, and sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain accurate EHS records and prepare performance reports for management review.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage EHS programs and management systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and training skills to foster a proactive safety culture.
• Professional EHS certification (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM) preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with EHS management information systems (EMIS) implementation or optimization
• ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification
• Demonstrated experience managing EHS capital projects or significant improvement initiatives
