Assistant Administrative Clerk
H & N Gold Field Services is looking for a part-time to 3/4 Time Administrative Assistant
Job would include but not limited to:
- Purchasing including Tracking Purchases, Purchase Orders,
- Vehicle/Equipment Documents & Tracking
- Timekeeping for Employees
- Human Resources Tasks Including Training Tracking of Employees
- Computer Experience - Word, Excel, QuickBooks
- IsNetWorld, PEC, API Knowledge a HUGE plus
- A Variety of Different Tasks Daily
- MUST BE ABLE TO PROBLEM SOLVE INDEPENDENTLY
Person Hired Would Work Mainly in the Shop
The position could work into full time in the future.
Experience in the mine and/or gas field administrative would be an plus.
Pay is competitive and will DOE
Schedule can be flexible but 5 days a week is a must - 20 Hours Per Week Plus On Call for Purchase Orders
There is a dog in the office so "must like dogs" also two cats - one in the shop.
