Salary Range: $53,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Coopersville seeking Inside Sales Representatives who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and proactively identify new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
• Prepare and deliver accurate product quotes, proposals, and sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
• Manage and grow relationships with assigned customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
• Process customer orders, track delivery, and resolve product or service issues in collaboration with internal teams.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with field sales, engineering, and production teams to provide comprehensive solutions and support to customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for revenue, margin, and new customer acquisition.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales, preferably B2B or industrial sales.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, products, or industrial components.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to explain technical details clearly.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and targets.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with common manufacturing processes or engineering terminology.
• Experience utilizing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a sales support capacity.
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to target markets (e.g., Spanish, German).
• Prior experience with virtual product demonstrations for technical or complex products.
