Manager - Beyond Juicery + Eatery Livonia
Job Overview
At Beyond Juicery + Eatery, we aim to be the best part of our guests’ day—and that starts with great leadership. We’re looking for a passionate and driven Manager to help lead our team, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff performance
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Open and close the store using proper checklists and procedures
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Support scheduling, inventory, and sales initiatives
- Foster a positive, team-first work culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience preferred
- High standards for customer service and teamwork
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Flexible availability (including weekends/holidays)
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
