Salary Range: $141,000 - $192,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall plant operations, including production, quality, safety, and maintenance.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve production targets and business objectives.
• Oversee plant budget, cost control, and capital expenditure projects.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing plant team.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Optimize resource allocation and production scheduling to meet demand.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations leadership.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L responsibility, budgeting, and cost control.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate large teams.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, quality management systems (e.g., ISO), and environmental compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience implementing advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT, Industry 4.0)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Fluency in a second language relevant to the operational region or global business
