Salary Range: $55,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial robotic systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software issues in robotic cells.
• Execute repairs, including component replacement and system adjustments, to minimize production downtime.
• Assist with the installation, calibration, and setup of new robots and peripheral equipment.
• Program and adjust robot paths, speeds, and I/O logic using teach pendants and HMI.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure all robotic operations adhere to established safety protocols.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications accurately.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical certification in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering technology field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB) in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and programming Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and HMI systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex robotic and automation equipment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial vision systems.
• Proficiency in robot simulation software.
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, PROFINET).
• Experience contributing to or developing preventative maintenance programs for robotic systems.
